What I like best about IRIS CRM is its clean user-friendly interface with lots of categories and fields. The platform offers some customization options to tailor the system to our specific needs. At the time of this review, IRIS CRM is going through an upgrade from Version 1 to version 2, so it may take a little time for end users to get used to this upgrade. We used our own proprietary system to manage our merchant processing portfolio; however, we decided to sunset this system and look for a new one. Comparing IRIS CRM to our own in-house system, the new system is much more robust, bug-free, and has a lower cost to maintain.
