**What do you like best about MentorMePrek?**

MentorMe provides an engaging and fun way to offer teacher training and development.  My team loves using the modules and are logging in on their own!

**What do you dislike about MentorMePrek?**

They are adding new things all of the time.  Sometimes, just when I think I know all of the features they add a new one.

**What problems is MentorMePrek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting my teachers to learn about what it really means to be an early childhood educator is hard.  They want to be in the classrooms, doing the work.  These modules are short, interactive microlearning modules that they can directly apply in class.  No sitting for 3 hours and forgetting the information afterwards.

We use it to onboard and train our preschool teachers.  Its fun and engaging.

**What do you dislike about MentorMePrek?**

Its not free. The cost per teacher can be prohibitive for larger schools.

**What problems is MentorMePrek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teacher turnover.
