Mention Me are a forward-thinking company with a unique concept. They were great to work with and really helped grow the account from nothing to where it is today generating over £10K per month for the business. The team were super positive and committed to help grow the account and achieve success. Although our account manager did a great job of explaining everything, I feel there is a lot of data and dashboards in the tool. The analytics are quite a learning curve, however if you need a meeting or tutorial, representatives are always available and more than happy to go through everything. Communication is great, however more explanation is sometimes needed as to why requests are unable to be met - ie why HTML custom won't work on some stages, but does on others. Imagery can take a while to complete as the design team is very busy. There is only one person working on the engineering side of things, so lets hope he doesn't leave!
