We need a more granular resource skillset tracking and identification tool. For example, if we need to identify a consultant who will be available in June, who is a Sr. .Net backend developer, a minimum of mid-level React front-end skills, has good mentoring skills to work with two junior developers, and is able to be onsite at the client 3 days per week.
