Who is Meet Alfred pricing best suited for?

G2 reviewers from small businesses across marketing, IT, financial services, and real estate dominate positive feedback, citing time savings and campaign automation as core benefits. The Basic plan fits solo users or early-stage prospectors needing simple LinkedIn automation. Meet Alfred's Pro plan suits individual SDRs or consultants requiring multi-channel sequences and Sales Navigator integration. What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Meet Alfred?

Meet Alfred offers no permanent free tier, only a free trial for evaluation. According to G2's pricing data for Meet Alfred, the entry-level Basic plan ($29/year or $59/month) caps users at 3 active campaigns, basic LinkedIn CRM, and 1,000 Lead Finder results. Meet Alfred's paid Pro tier ($49/year or $99/month) removes campaign limits, adds multi-channel automation across LinkedIn, email, and X, supports Sales Navigator, enables InMail and CSV campaigns, and expands Lead Finder to 5,000 results. G2 reviewers note that basic-tier limitations around campaign types and personalization are the primary drivers pushing users toward Pro, with one reviewer flagging unexpected upgrade prompts mid-campaign.

Is Meet Alfred considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviews of Meet Alfred present a split picture on value. Small-business reviewers with high ratings praise the set-and-forget automation, time savings on LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaign capabilities as strong returns on investment. However, pricing complaints surface repeatedly: multiple G2 reviewers flag Meet Alfred's pricing as steep versus competitors, with Heyreach named explicitly as a cheaper alternative. Low-rated reviews cite bugs, LinkedIn account suspensions, and poor support responsiveness as value killers, particularly for small teams absorbing the full cost. The consensus leans toward solid value for users who fully leverage multi-channel automation at scale, but questionable value for light or single-channel LinkedIn-only use cases.

What do you like best about Meet Alfred?

I think Meet Alfred is brilliant. The customer support is fantastic, and it saves us hundreds of hours of time. It allows us to coordinate and white-label through their technology. The team is easy to work with and flexible, which enables us to service more clients than we would be able to otherwise. The initial setup was easy, and it links seamlessly with Sales Navigator. "The worst customer service experience I've ever had"

What do you like best about Meet Alfred?

Platform has decent features, first tier CSRs answer basic questions reasonably quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meet Alfred?

We had an issue with a campaign, and they needed to escalate us to their manager. It took **weeks** to get a non-scripted response and with no resolution.

This cost us a significant amount of spend; the complete disregard for urgency and the scripted responses were infuriating. I expect better from a platform that charges a premium.

Also, the majority of my interactions with their chat-based CSRs was about the platform's UX. It is NOT user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jaydee Ken of Meet Alfred

We’re sorry to hear this experience has been frustrating. We take pride in delivering an excellent customer support. After checking our records, we couldn’t find any information under the name Lloyd M. that matches the concerns raised.

We’d really like the chance to work with you and get everything sorted. Please reach out to us at help@meetalfred.com — we’ll be glad to review this further and help resolve it.
