MedPut offers excellent customer service. The ownership team actively listens and interacts with their clients regularly. Our company is 70% field based and they developed videos for our LMS for new employees and open enrollment. They also created videos to demonstrate how to use the service so that if an employee has never used it or it has been a while, they can quickly view how to take advantage of the benefit. In addition, they send out reminders to our employees for us to remind them the benefit is available for their use. **What do you dislike about MedPut?** There is nothing to dislike at this time. MedPut is proactive in making sure everyone is satisfied. **Recommendations to others considering MedPut:** They work well with their clients. They work to facilitate ease with you payroll provider and are always open to suggestions. They are quick to make changes and make the product better and easier to use. **What problems is MedPut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee struggle to cover larger deductibles, co-pays, vision surgery plans, and extensive dental treatment plans. MedPut is able to negotiate lower bills and automatically deducts from payroll which makes repayment easy on the employee's budget. ### 3.
