We dont have to carry with us an insurance card or worry about the complicated policies. It was super easy to integrate with Keka, our HRMS. THey have made it techie and individual can have access to multiple features through their app. I gives free Doctor Consultancy, They post blogs, video regarding health on a regular interval, I t have Cashless claims in applicable hospitals options. The App is easily accessible. **What do you dislike about Onsurity?** As its insurance does not give any good benefit for medicines it have tied up with tata mg but the prices are not that different than local chemists. And same goes for laboratory tests. **What problems is Onsurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** All over it is good and not good at the same time as it is provided to me by the company I work in so I have currently used the Doctor consultancy option for me and my family members. Didn't get any requirement to claim the Insurance by God's grace. It is not as useful for medicines and lab tests. The app is not just an insurance portal but provides many other facilities like 15 free virtual consultations with reputed doctors, options to check credit score for free, doorstep medicine delivery via partners, doorstep collection of lab-test samples and checkups.
