Best thing about Onsurity is that it makes health insurance easy to use. They have everything available on their app, so there is no need of lengthy paperwork. Plus they go beyond just health insurance. The ease of payments and the monthly payment option. Their customer support is also great especially now with our recent account manager. Our employees use it very frequently and they provide all the support and features needed. It was super easy to integrate with Keka, our HRMS. THey have made it techie and individual can have access to multiple features through their app. I gives free Doctor Consultancy, They post blogs, video regarding health on a regular interval, I t have Cashless claims in applicable hospitals options. I have been using the Onsurity app for the last four months as my current employer has tied up with Onsurity to provide the mediclaim and group accident insurance policies to the employees. The app is not just an insurance portal but provides many other facilities like 15 free virtual consultations with reputed doctors, options to check credit score for free, doorstep medicine delivery via partners, doorstep collection of lab-test samples and checkups. The 'Fitness Tracking' feature in the app has some bug and never synchronises my Google Fit data, hence although I have walked several miles everyday, the kms walked and coins earned show up as zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
