I also like that the product analyses data from various aspects. For instance, if just one aspect is viewed then any product cannot be successful. However, when you intake various aspects and then subsequently analyse them by keeping in view the different themes, then the product seems unmatchable. The comparison is obviously on the basis of the video intelligence platform **What do you dislike about Medallia Video?** Not much to dislike in Living Lens product. Everything works just fine as it should be, because it is a state of the art product. However, even the most perfect product cannot be without any flaws so I have a certain suggestion. It might be, just might be improved by covering more aspects of the video analysis. In this way, there can be n doubt about the perfection of the product. Moreover, the theme section could use a sort of an overhaul. This is because there are not as much themes as one would expect from a product of this quality and reputation. So, an increase in the number of themes and the quality of themes may benefit the product in my humble opinion. If this is applied, then I am certain that there will be an increase in the uptake of this product very quickly. **What problems is Medallia Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's like people have nothing to say and want things to get done like this product is some sort of Digital Genie or Gandalf from Lord of the Rings series. In today's time, people who are not productive are ready to be critical for other products. Having LivingLens by my side is something to hang on to. ### 4. It's incredible how much data can be analyzed from so many angles. There are some tools with which I am familiar. Obviously, the comparison is based on the video intelligence platform. **What do you dislike about Medallia Video?** To be honest, there isn't anything to dislike about Living Lens. Everything functions in a state-of-the-art manner. It could be, and probably would be, better if it included more features of the video analysis platform. I'm sure there's room for improvement in the themes section as well. **What problems is Medallia Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's fine to criticise, but there's nothing to really dislike about this product. It is an unreasonable demand to expect everything to be done instantly and without exertion. It can definitely be much easier to string videos together with smoother transitions. **What problems is Medallia Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, its a great platform that helps us better sort and organize videos that we get through quantitative research. We are able to easily sort through a ton of footage to easily find clips that are helpful for analysis. The only problem is the editing process which could be improved. Many times when I am editing, the transitions are not smooth and they cut part of the speech without an easy way to fix it on the spot. Instead I have to re-download videos and start from scratch if I accidentally cut some speech. ### 11. The automated translation can be also insightful. **What do you dislike about Medallia Video?** The machine translation is not the best one and you may need to make editing so you can use it for subtitles. It’s challenging using LivingLens in countries where faces cannot be recorded due to GDPR and you can only see faces. It’s useless ending up with all respondents showing their hands only. **What problems is Medallia Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can record parts of the interview which are critical for a video presentation. It’s good providing some first hand insights to the client as he can be convinced that your findings from the report agree with the videos. ### 12. Share videos/audios with these guys and immediately you get the auto transcriptions, which can be upgraded to human processing if accurate transcripts are required. **What do you dislike about Medallia Video?** I think it can get pricey when processing large number of videos/audios. You just need to be a little clever with how you go about it, i.e. clear all the ‘noise’ before uploading. **Recommendations to others considering Medallia Video:** Speak to the team, they are always happy to help and show the platform. Perhaps at first you’ll need to spend a little bit of time to get used to the platform, learn how to stick videos, etc, but once you know it will help you cut down on valuable time you spend filtering through videos over and over again **What problems is Medallia Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing heavy data loads.
