"A great tool from great people"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

I can create a test in a matter of seconds. This is great for quick and dirty user testing but also for more complex experimental designs. I would recommend Maze.co to everyone in research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

Well, it's hard to find something that I dislike actually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have for UX professionals"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

Maze is an essential part of my work as UX & UI designer, and the best tool I have found up to now for all things related to usability testing and product discovery. Importing prototypes from Figma works flawlessly, task creation UI is fast and intuitive and the results view displays clearly the relevant information and saves a lot of time that should be otherwise spent on data analysis. I also appreciate the possibility of creating a test report, which I can download and share with stakeholders without worrying about creating a bespoke presentation and graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

The results view could be clearer in some descriptions, it's not easy for a newcomer to understand some of the sections (for example, the difference between metrics displayed in each task results view vs the report). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Solution to test products, concepts or sales copy before release"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

Maze came to the market with a very unique selling proposition and is called usability testing. This is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to test prototypes, marketing copy, or concepts of any sort before release. I can't think of a better solution than them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

Maze recently announced that you could link projects with Figma and I think it just made everything perfect. I believe that Maze has a strong USP and more people just need to hear about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maze is great for quickly verifying concepts, although it falls a bit short in some areas"
4/5
What do you like best about Maze?

How quickly you can get build a Maze and get feedback on a concept. The report that Maze generates for you also saves a ton of time, makes it very easy to present to stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

You have to very carefully consider what you include in a prototype, if you include too many "advanced" animations or it includes too many screens it will be extremely slow to load. Also, it would be nice to add some sort of block for prototypes other than "Mission" blocks that are less directed and a user can just interact with the prototype and see where they naturally go without a clear goal in mind. "We are using maze not only as a user research platform but also as a training platform amazing"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

It's very intuitive to use, it's everything we need to receive feedback from the people we are training, it allows us to communicate and explain complex terms and process in a simple way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

Sometimes it refreshes on its own, and I lose the last change I made to the prototype and sometimes on the content creation side, it gets really slow, another thing to take into account to make it better is to have maybe a search bar to look for the prototypes more easily, everything else is excellent! "Maze: easy and fast usability testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

It is a great tool that allows you to create usability tests very quickly. It also allows you to have additional metrics to make decisions about your prototypes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

The latest maze update is a disaster, the previous version was better. I feel that creating missions in the new version is a chronic pain, especially when you need to create a quick prototype and discover the application for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we could test different figma file prototypes in one versus creating an entire project solely dedicated to one file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
