"Maze saved my capstone project"
5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

I like how easy it is to import my Figma prototype to Maze. The report is so detailed, very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

I understand why making changes to your usability testing project after it was published is not allowed, but at the same time, I really want it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for quick and interesting insights!"
4/5
What do you like best about Maze?

I like the ease of Maze. If there is anything we want to get answered internally, we turn to Maze to allow our users tell us the answer rather than us just assuming what our users want. The setup is easy and looks great when it goes out to testers. The dashboard is really clear, interesting to look at and also so easy to circulate to others in your team which saves so much resource & time collating data!

Support is great, always come back to you really quickly and I like the way that the maze product roadmap is created by the customers rather than internally through a dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

I do wish you could trial having the full plan so as a business you can see what you are missing when the plan is taken away and you are back to using the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maze revolutionized our user research"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

- Easy to use (it's a child's play)

- Reports (especially heatmaps and detail by click)

- Fast user recruitment

- Integration with tools (we use Figma)

- Templates (which can help to inspire / improve)

- The team (easy to reach and awesome people) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

- Would be great to have more criteria for user recruitment (especially on the language or the device for the test)

- Lack of feature to help qualification of open questions (fortunately the export helps to process the data efficiently outside Maze if you want to go deeper)

- Nice to have request: video replay of testers' sessions would be a real plus. It's a time-consuming activity if you're replaying everything, but sometimes it would be worth it to illustrate an insight and use it in a presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maze is great for unmoderated user testing at scale for quick insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

Being able to ask key questions as users go through the experience is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

Sometimes there are multiple success routes, it is not always easy to allow success to occur in multiple routes for the user. This can look like a poor UX when actually the user completed the task fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maze?

The dashboard where I can review the results and where the users made mistakes, the toolset is very complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

I dislike the interface, too light and the elements are too big, making it hard to read the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for mission-based prototype testing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Maze?

Love how quick and easy Figma plugs into Maze allowing the step by step paths and analysis, the tool allows us to get. a test live in minutes. I also like that we can use a pay as you go approach to paying for testers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maze?

I dislike the fact we cant force testers to use a real mobile device, I also have concerns over the quality of the supplied tester pool as often comments were wildly different to the data output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
