In my opinion, it is one of the top senior living CRM options available. **What do you dislike about MatrixCare Senior Living and Long Term Care?** On occasion, there are a few extra clicks needed to get to where you want to be in the system. These extra clicks certainly aren't something that should prevent use. The custom report tool is very robust but can be difficult for someone without a data background. However, the pre-built reports are handy for the average user. **What problems is MatrixCare Senior Living and Long Term Care solving and how is that benefiting you?** Matrixcare provides senior living sales teams the ability to track leads, manage activities, mailing lists, events, and track census. ### 3.
