there weren't many experts for this particular product and we relied on a few.

Matrix is an expert integrator.
they give a lot of attention to the customer.

**What problems is MATRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

2Bsecure (a Matrix company) implemented McAfee products for us and provided ongoing support with SLA.

Direct external call coming to your extension

**What do you dislike about MATRIX?**

Nothing major, Everything works great with Matrix.

Solving problem of internal communication on phone without using external line and having direct calling on multiple desk with single external line
