What do you like best about Matrix iQ?

"More than just telematic"

What do you like best about Matrix iQ?

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of telematics providers, all claiming to be the best or the most innovative. I understand how challenging it can be to decide who to work with or even who to engage in discussions.

What stood out most about MatrixIQ was their openness and transparency. During our initial meetings, we asked them several very specific questions regarding rules and regulations. Unlike others who seemed to either guess or pretend they fully understood, the MatrixIQ team was confident enough to provide their initial thoughts while being honest about areas where they needed to investigate further.

When they came back to us, their responses were not only thorough but also clearly well-researched. They had taken the time to fully explore the topic and provided detailed, well-supported answers. What do you dislike about Matrix iQ?

While the platform is excellent overall, the initial setup required some fine-tuning to align with our specific operational needs. That said, I recognise that our processes can be quite complex, which likely contributed to the adjustments needed.

They were quick to address these challenges, providing hands-on support to ensure the platform was tailored effectively to meet our requirements. What do you like best about Matrix iQ?

What do you dislike about Matrix iQ?

If I was to pick one thing it would be the design, but this is me having a really high standard for design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matrix iQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

What Matrix really helped us with was becoming telematics agnostic. We were working with multiple telematics providers, each with their own systems, logins, data points, and scoring methods. Managing this became a significant challenge and made driving actionable insights difficult. Matrix streamlined this by allowing us to view all of this data in one centralised platform.

One of the newer features introduced at the time was the integration of fuel card and claims data. For those familiar with the power of this data, having it all in one place is a game changer. We use the portal to help our fleets locate and track down stolen or missing vehicles - we have had multiple cases where we have been able to locate the vehicle and assist the client in getting it back.
