Its been quite a while I started using Masteriyo Pro for my website. The LMS is easy to understand and use. The best part of being Masteriyo client is that whenever I faced any difficulty in implementing it , the Masteriyo team was always reachable and ready to help. I was connected to Uzwal from Masteriyo Team whom I wanna thank a million times for giving his valuable time and responses that always have helped me to resolve my website issues.

I would like to add that investing in the lifetime (Elite) plan of Masteriyo LMS has been a great decision. It offers excellent long-term value by eliminating recurring costs, which is especially helpful when building and scaling an online learning platform. The Elite plan includes a wide range of powerful features, and the fact that it continues to receive updates makes it even more worthwhile. Masteryo LMS is a well-designed, stable, and easy-to-use online learning platform, offering a wide range of features suitable for professional use, even in its free version.

To benefit from professional-level rendering options and advanced features, there are paid versions available.

However, the free version already provides everything necessary: creation of training, courses, videos, quizzes, images, texts, downloadable documents; the ability to offer paid, free, or subscription-based content, etc. Course setup is quick, program structuring is clear and ergonomic, and learner management and tracking are facilitated. The integrated messaging system ("Questions-Answers") helps improve the learning experience and optimize time management.

Numerous addons are available to enhance course options, marketing, emailing, security, subscription plans, virtual classes, payments, and much more.

The installation and configuration of the plugin are well explained through clear and concise tutorials, accessible at any time, making it easy to get started. Integration into the site is intuitive and automatic from the first setup.

Customer support stands out for its efficiency, competence, responsiveness, and friendliness. Even in the free version, the team is very attentive and involved, demonstrating a real commitment to their product and users. Their almost instant presence is commendable! I created a website dedicated to online training using the AI offered by my host. When I added additional plugins, some bugs occurred. It was at that moment that I was truly able to test and witness the effectiveness of the support team, whether it was Samir or Saurav: I am grateful to them for their commitment and impeccable assistance, even with a free plan (it is important to highlight this, as it remains a rare quality today!).

So, the only thing I might not like about Masteriyo is the conflicts produced with other plugins; but that happens with almost all extensions, and above all, these bugs were quickly and completely resolved by the Support Team who never hesitated to come back and work on the site whenever it was necessary.

So, to summarize: I love everything about Masteriyo, including the team of developers who are behind the scenes, but always present when we need their help, which they offer graciously and warmly. You feel like you're "in the same boat" with them: you feel more like partners with our respective activities than having a commercial relationship. Because their communication is really focused on sincerity and the closeness of support. For me, this is the sign of a company with authentic values, aligned with mine and those of my activity. I feel as though Masteriyo LMS could expand on its widgets within Elementor, which is the theme builder I’m using to customize the course pages. I really like how simple and practical Masteriyo LMS is for starting to sell courses online. I appreciate that it has effectively solved the problem of redirecting users after payment, thus facilitating the sales process. Additionally, the initial setup is simple and easy to follow. I'm quite satisfied with Masteriyo so far. I have been using it for almost a year without any big issues that the support team could not fix for me.

For me, the biggest plus for Masteriyo is that the plugin is light weight. It's not bloated and does not slow down your website like some other plugins out there. That's quite amazing.

Even with the free version you can start selling courses using Stripe and other payment gateways. That's another benefit because that means that you don't have to install some heavy shopping cart plugin on you WP website.

When I started using Masteriyo I needed to contact the support team for 5 issues or something. It made me question if transferring from my previous plugin was a good choice. Luckily support was quick, accurate and friendly.

Masteriyo is a comprehensive system containing all you need to market your video courses. It installs with ease on a fresh Wordpress installation. You can import a demo which has several online courses, helping you see exactly how things work within the LMS.

Customer service is second to none. I had a few things that I was unsure about, so I contacted support. Within minutes I received an answer to my questions, with help and advice.

Plain and simple plan comparisons.

The price and value for money was a great incentive.

I made used of the free plan option without all sorts of conditions first. This made it possible for me and my assistant to get a proper feel for Masteriyo. I also got prompt replies to questions that I had along the way before I decided to upgrade to the first level pro plan.

I am very happy with the kind and timeous support and also enjoy the support given in the FB community that is linked.
