"My first own school platform through Masteriyo"

What do you like best about Masteriyo LMS?

Plain and simple plan comparisons.

The price and value for money was a great incentive.

I made used of the free plan option without all sorts of conditions first. This made it possible for me and my assistant to get a proper feel for Masteriyo. I also got prompt replies to questions that I had along the way before I decided to upgrade to the first level pro plan.

I am very happy with the kind and timeous support and also enjoy the support given in the FB community that is linked.

Their instruction documents are very easy to follow.

What do you dislike about Masteriyo LMS?

Masteriyo could still improve on two-way communication between student and tutor inside of the course space.

What problems is Masteriyo LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am in the process of having my school accredited that requires proper record-keeping of students, administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, etc. Although my school platform is still very new, so far, I am very happy with Masteriyo LMS. Currently Masteriyo does not have a two-way communication function between student and tutor. Students can leave a comment but there is now 'reply' function which is vital for the learning/teaching process and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how simple and practical Masteriyo LMS is for starting to sell courses online. I appreciate that it has effectively solved the problem of redirecting users after payment, thus facilitating the sales process. Additionally, the initial setup is simple and easy to follow. I also value that it integrates with WordPress, which enhances functionality by being able to use it with other tools.
