The information is nicely displayed and is easily sorted. I like being able to add pictures of each unique asset or alternatively, use stock photos that I upload or that are already in the Qualer database. Our Qualer rep, Chris Harte, is very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** I do not use the Service/Work Orders function and unfortunately this is the only way to make calibration stickers. I would like to see an easier way for me to make calibration stickers using Qualer. I genuinely appreciate the fact that Qualer was built by people in the calibration and biopharma industries. Everything is so intuitive and dynamically useful that I have used Qualer in two separate industries and I couldn't see myself using any other system. Their mass loader is also one of the most intuitive I have ever used. It is so easy to build an entire program off if it. Just as easy though is the creation of new instruments! In one of my implementations of Qualer, we sent their compliance folks through the ringer. They genuinely put on a master class on how to deal with a client; they had answers for everything. It truly validated my decision to choose Qualer for our needs and I don't see any other tool that is dynamic as this one. These wonderful folks have learned from 20 years of digital asset/calibration management and built a tool based on the needs of both technician and manager of a program. I have been a super user/SME/Admin/technician that has used many QMS in the past. I can assure you, this one is the best. Chris H, Angelina, Adam, and Josh have been so great. I have seen patience, integrity, and industry knowledge in full display to support the confidence in my decision to utilize them. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** Any criticisms I have, well, I don't have any recommendations and I quickly forget about them. **What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem of other calibration management systems is that they are built for a bench calibration environment, or, they make you use their garbage products in order to create a proprietary hell that is inescapable. Qualer is a tool. It is a great tool at what it sets out to be and that is a problem that only Qualer wants to solve. By them doing that, it solves my problems. ### 7. It is super intuitive for what you need to do. I love the fact that all users have the ability to find calibration certificates, reports on their own. It was super easy to integrate our information into Qualer and they were very easy to work with in accomplishing this. The costumer service is out of this world. They are quick to respond and are so willing to work with you until your issue is completely resolved. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** There are times when Qualer does run slow and there were some initial bugs that prevented us from running reports with the correct information. Those issues were quickly resolved though. **What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualer has allowed us to become paper free when doing our calibrations, pms and corrective maintenances. It has given us the ability to pull calibration certificates, pm reports, etc right away instead of trying to pull them from archives or from other areas in the company ### 8. Sales staff and communication whenever anything was needed was always moments away. Whenever we asked if it could do certain things, the answer was either yes, or that they were looking into it already. It offers so much functionality and the capability to see our asset's current status, calibration/ service date as well as the calibration/ PM documentation and service manuals. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** This is a challenging question as I really enjoy using the application. Maybe a dislike is... I wish we had the full version of the application rather than the service portal as we would have so much more functionality. **What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company did not have a sufficient method or application for tracking assets, service dates, next due dates, and copies of service documentation. We now use Qualer to track all assets, the current date of service, the next due service, and all electronic service documentation, eliminating the need for paper copies. ### 10. Our contact, Chris, is always keeping us informed about current and new updates. They're always available to address any number of questions we have as well. The system works well for what is made for but the team is always thinking of ways to improve it. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** The system does have some limitations such as not being able to alter workflows for service orders and the search bar is a small annoyance but I am told the company is looking into solutions about these. **What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calibration / PM Scheduling ### 11. There are limits to customization; however, customer support is willing to hear feedback and ideas for future versions. Creating reports and viewing equipment service is easy and fast. We also enjoy receiving service reminders for calibrations and verifications. When you have a whole laboratory of equipment, it is nice to have an automatic reminder so a service is not missed. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Asset Excellence?** I would like to see the function of a mass sign-off on work orders. Ideally, it would be nice to have a "Reviewed" button that sends the work order to a "Sign-off" area. Once all work orders are reviewed, a sign-off button could be clicked that will authorize all work orders within that file. **What problems is MasterControl Asset Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I believe using Qualer has contributed to maintaining our equipment maintenance schedule without any major service deviations.
