**What do you like best about Massively.ai?**

I like Massively.ai because it has been a great asset for our website, creating a chatbot that funnels down inquiries and traffic. It narrows down customer focus to exactly what products they're after on our website and generates phone calls, which help us close more deals. I appreciate the ease of use and the responsiveness of the team at Massively.ai. They get back to us right away and handle any issues with determination. It's great knowing we're paying for a value-added service that's taken seriously. The initial setup was very easy.

There is nothing we do not like

**What problems is Massively.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massively.ai narrows customer focus on our site, generating phone calls that help close deals. It's a better product for us, weighing more in our favor.

**What do you like best about Massively.ai?**

Massively is the perfect tool we use to help our clients and their clients engage in highly intuitive, informative AND, most importantly, natural in style and tone of the characters developed for the Massively AI to communicate with audiences and customers.  Our clients are getting a powerful branding, marketing and communication tool and service to extend and build their audiences and revenues.

**What do you dislike about Massively.ai?**

Massively is still relatively news and customers are still getting use to the platform.  Platform is easy to use but early adoption is needed

**What problems is Massively.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to communicate, market and extend the brands and franchise feature films we produce for our ourselves and our clients.

**What do you like best about Massively.ai?**

This was our first foray into AI chat. The onboarding team was excellent and helped us get the lion's share of our questions uploaded into the system. They got the first version of the bot up and running in the time frame they initially promised and we were live a week later.
The interface to add/update questions and settings, review unanswered questions and merge questions meets all of the requirements we have, and so far, the chat bot is doing its job and actually helped us book a few consultations, which blew away my CEO. We highly recommend the Massively team and product.

**What do you dislike about Massively.ai?**

The analytics page, while feature complete and provides all of the info we need, is ready for a UI refresh.

**What problems is Massively.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answering repetitive questions across channels, specifically Apple Business Chat, SMS and WhatsApp.

**What problems is Massively.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massively powers our conversational research product, CRIS by Delvinia. Traditional surveys tend to get surface-level responses, but the AI and machine learning built into CRIS is a more engaging experience thanks to the specific follow-up questions that CRIS asks as part of the conversation. As a result, people provide 3x more layered responses than static open ends and significantly richer feedback for our research projects.

Their system might be a bit hard to use and you might need a developer to help you with it.

I can get all my inquiries channel to Zendesk through my Massively Bot. This helps to create a user-friendly journey experience for customers.
