Marro CRM Reviews & Product Details

Marro is an agentic CRM that puts routine business work on autopilot, managed from your phone. AI agents help handle enquiries, calls and follow-ups, while your team keeps leads, customer conversations and next steps in one place. The platform combines editable sales pipelines, lead assignment, a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, AI calling, appointments, workflow automation and reporting. Teams can start with industry workflows for education, real estate, clinics, agencies and other service businesses. Ask Marro helps staff find information and carry out work through a conversational assistant. You decide what each agent may do independently and what requires approval. Agent activity is recorded against the lead so the team can review its work. Marro offers a 14-day trial with no card required. Subscription pricing is available on request. Calling, chargeable WhatsApp messages and AI beyond the included credits require prepaid wallet credit.
