I engaged Marketing Automation Canada to assist with the design of a Marketing Cloud solution that would be able to import a data report from Salesforce into a data extension and make decisions on when to send email messages based on a date column in that data extension. Instead of having them do the work, I asked them to train our team to implement the design and review the final configuration. Their design work and training were great! I thought I would catch on with little training, but I didn't realize just how different Marketo is. Without the expertise of the MAC team, I'd be left in a boat without a paddle. The expert knowledge that the MAC team has with Marketo has helped me set up our instance and operate daily much more quickly than if I were to go on my own and watch YouTube video after YouTube video.
