The search feature is helpful, but there’s room for improvement. I’d like it to be faster and deliver more accurate results. This would make finding key information even smoother and more reliable for daily tasks. Integrating the platform as an app would make it even more useful for everyday tasks. An app could streamline access, making it easier and faster to find information on the go. Market Logic has a great software that enables queries and summaries of breath / depth of market research and competitor intelligence across the company. It provides a 24/7 access and alloows everyone exponetially expand the questions you ask about your data. Fully referenced / citated answers . Optmized for accuracy , minimizing hallucinatios . Besides all that is fully compliant and can process in many languages . Able to read all MS Office based format & PDFs . Can include trsuted RSS feed to keep your informaiton current . At the monent the software has some limitations like limited visual interpretation and sometimes the system struggle to fully understand context-specific informaiton .For instance, the phrase “It increased patient satisfaction by 7.2 pts among patients” might be misinterpreted without knowing the specific context, such as the service or product being evaluated (e.g., ABC Hospital’s telehealth services) or the target audience (e.g., patients aged 35 and older in Germany).

Uploading media and images to Searchable can be quite a hassle and often leads to frustration. On some pages or forums within our Searchable sites, images are required for tiles. What I value most about Market Logic is the simplified way that we can showcase completed work from across our portfolio and make it readily accessible to our cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Rather than depending on outdated links, archived folders and individuals to send the content, we can direct our teammates to one centralized repository of work that is easy to navigate, customizable and always current. The only thing I dislike about Market Logic is that I want more of it! I wish that the AI capabilities were available to all users versus having to add that on as an additional capability with additional costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Platform tackles the pain point that most of the companies are facing (centralizing primary /secondary research data) while adding AI layer that makes searching / use of data much easier. Integration and SSO went really smoothly from MLS side. From the relatively short experience with platform, it delivers quite accurate results and various stakeholders within the company have been quite satisfied and impressed. Really appreciate support team, helping with ideas, in case of issues coming up with suggestions, and suggesting walk-arounds in case requests go beyond capability of platform. We'd welcome more flexibility & support in customization of platform (e.g. having more tiles on homepage leading to microsites, more flexibly to align with CI of company, not asking "how can I help you?" as a prompt etc) - so it feel more like "suited solution" rather than a generic tool. In general, users are comparing it with other larger scale LLM models, so missing some features they're used to have from Chat GPT or Copilot such as chat functionality to refine the outcomes (but that's work in progress as I understood).
