Rob and Mike are incredibly helpful and friendly, fixing any problem and offering ideas and solutions to enable Searchable and DeepSights to meet the right teams in my organisation and share insights. Not a lot! There's a couple of user interface amendments which I have raised with the team for potential future implementation, but no plans as of now to be able to update, e.g. Knowledge Zone arrangement and navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I value most about Market Logic is the simplified way that we can showcase completed work from across our portfolio and make it readily accessible to our cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Rather than depending on outdated links, archived folders and individuals to send the content, we can direct our teammates to one centralized repository of work that is easy to navigate, customizable and always current. The only thing I dislike about Market Logic is that I want more of it! I wish that the AI capabilities were available to all users versus having to add that on as an additional capability with additional costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
