I appreciate the ever evolving nature of Market Logic; even in a short time, we've seen some valuable features added. What do you dislike about Market Logic? I had some very minor, user interface type things that hung up the team initially. An example is that the date field isn't in standard US format so the first few dozen documents uploaded had to be corrected. I had some additional minor interface issues (buttons not working correctly) but the team corrected them quickly. Adding the secondary sources has been a challenge. It wasn't easy to choose which to include and we've found a handful that after including, discovered there is a paywall to see the full article. I use Market Logic for insights democratization, uploading all our primary and secondary research reports along with transversal analysis. I like the knowledge zones, which help curate and gather relevant sources and insights focused on one topic and make it easy to share across the organization. The new Advisor tool brings the value of all the reports uploaded on the platform, offering insights and cross-analysis at our fingertips. When well prompted, the infographic tool is extremely promising. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, with great support from the commercial and customer success team. I think the team is really attentive and they're often looking for actual feedback from their clients that they improve upon. We have often stated a certain feature function that we want, and the team actually takes that into account and works to make it happen. I also really like that they are AI forward but not completely AI in your face. They understand that insights are still the backbone of the tool. Market Logic could potentially help us find better ways for users to continue to come back to the platform rather than us having to remind people to go to the platform. They gave some good examples when we were going through launch, such as starting competitions in different types of tactics, but those didn't necessarily work for our company. I like how Market Logic makes it simple to upload documents, which makes archiving things into DeepSights easy and doesn't require any extra resources. It's also great that if any of us make a mistake or change our mind about a document we've added, we can undo things. The interface is simple and attractive for our users, allowing colleagues to self-serve and search for customer insights and data without needing to speak with the Market Intelligence team. This means older reports that are still relevant get discovered and used. I also appreciate being able to see what questions our internal stakeholders are asking since tracking these questions tells us what people want to know about. They're on top of things and we have a good working relationship. They're reliable, and that's important to me. The initial setup was also straightforward; it was as simple as opening a ticket, and that's it. The platform serves as one source to place all our research across markets.
