Margin Desk Reviews & Product Details

Margin Desk helps distributors and wholesalers review selling prices after supplier costs change. Buyers load their current price list and new supplier costs from Excel .xlsx or CSV files, review each product's margin before and after the change, and identify products below their target margin. Pricing choices include keeping the selling price, keeping profit per unit, keeping the margin percentage, reaching a target margin or entering a custom price. A customer table ranks the profit at stake if prices stay unchanged and shows how many of each customer's products are below target. Buyers approve prices and export a CSV price list and report. The product also prepares editable, printable price-change letters for each customer, using the approved prices and the buyer's own cost changes. Margin Desk runs in a modern browser or as a Windows app, with files read on the buyer's computer and never uploaded. English and Japanese editions are available. A free trial shows results for the whole file, up to 5,000 products, with exports limited to 25 products. Founder price: US$199 for the English edition or ¥24,800 for the Japanese edition until 31 January 2027, paid once. Includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
