I think the most helpful feature of Mapp Empower is its template design. I like its template design, and why I think it is helpful is because its template designs are very advanced and unique, it takes less time to create an email, and you can create a good email in a short time. Mapp Empower is part of the Mapp Engage ecosystem - it works better when you have the whole package, but the integration efforts, the long delays in process & not so industry-first features are a real letdown. I love how user friendly the UI is. Learning how to use the functionality and train new users takes minimal effort. This system also accommodates all user levels, from beginners to experts. I wish the system had some additional message reporting capabilities within the UI. I often have to search and compare messages by unique from address, and right now I have to export this reporting and analyze it via an excel file. After approximately 2 years of use, I cannot find any negatives to this software. Sometimes it is overwhelming having multiple projects going at once and having so many notifications to sort through, but that isn't a negative of the software itself- just a reflection of how busy things can get!

Bluehornet is a marketing software we have been using for sending out emails and has proven to be very helpful in our office. Firstly, it is very easy to use and the most effective way the market by sending emails that we have used so far. The team has generated more sales, profits simply from using this. What I prefer more over other programs is that Bluehornet is that it is simply the easiest to use, even though a look through a manual might be needed for first time users.

Overall, I find Bluehornet’s software one of the simplest to use so it is difficult to find something I dislike about it. I think that there can be updates in the overall interface.
