It's a much needed service in the market when it is increasingly more and more difficult to find appointments with specialists ranging from dermatologists to psychiatrists. Even better, Maple is now included under my health insurance provider so I have a wider degree of access to Maple's services. **What do you dislike about Maple?** I dislike the price points to some extent. I understand that this is for profit healthcare but some appointments run well over $100. I also had an unfortunate experience with one doctor and the customer support team in which my issues were largely invalidated. **What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maple allows me to efficiently manage my own health. The flexibility that telemedicine provides is worth the price I pay in many instances. ### 4. The integration with RBC insurance is really nice as well. **What do you dislike about Maple?** I think this is a problem with tele healthcare in general, but there are limits on what they can do. Couldn't get a doctor to see me for an extremely basic request. I was hoping to get a requisition for bloodwork for some basic markers (something that Maple advertises as a good reason to use their service). I had my appointment request cancelled twice, telling me to see my doctor in person, with no explanation as to why. I'm trying to use Maple because I don't have access to an in person doctor where I live! **What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have access to a doctor where I live, so I tried Maple. They wouldn't allow me to see a doctor, so they weren't able to solve my problem. ### 7. Easy to visualize numerical Data. It is useful when people are writing code. I work with a number of students who find the ease of the software beneifical. **What do you dislike about Maple?** Sometimes software "hangs" or stalls while using. It doesn't happen often, but there are glitches every once in awhile. **What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is great for equations and visualizing math problems to solve. I work with students who have enjoyed the software and it is a great tool for people to increase the time it takes to complete work. ### 8. It lacks features that other tools like Matlab have in their large list of toolboxes. Large calculations sometimes cause the software to not respond that well. **Recommendations to others considering Maple:** It is good for quick answers to mathematical problems. **What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving complex mathematical equations from electromagnetics and linear algebra. I have tried using other apps but the main downside is the response time which seems to be the main reason I am using this app **What do you dislike about Maple?** So my app crashed few times, I tried implementing necessary steps like someone suggested on playstore but the only thing I have a problem is using the app. It also hangs quite a bit **What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it when we wouldn't be able to see a doctor without an appointment. So yes you kind of get your prescription fast and saves travel time ### 10.
