**What do you like best about Mando AI?**

Super easy to set up  I had an AI agent live on my site in minutes without touching any code. It handles most customer questions on its own across WhatsApp, Messenger, and the website, which saved us a ton of time. And the pricing is very fair for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Mando AI?**

Integrations are only messenger, instagram and whatsapp .. i hope they can extend more integrations in the future

**What problems is Mando AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intercom was way too expensive for our size, and Chatbase felt too limited  just a chatbot, nothing else. Mando gave us the AI agent plus a help centre and everything in one place, without the enterprise price tag.
