Due to everything right there on the front page and pop up. We used it daily 5 times to 20 times a day each and every day. **What do you dislike about Manager SE?** Customer Support was the most dislike of the whole software. Very hard to contact some in Customer Support. The second dislike would be the reports that are offered. There should be way more and be able to create different ways. **What problems is Manager SE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer Billing and Service ### 5. I also appreciated the labor guide as a cross-reference to Alldata. Repair data is also helpful but not a necessary inclusion. **What do you dislike about Manager SE?** The setup is antiquated. It is necessary to maintain a server to store customer data. Numerous modern cloud-based alternatives have many benefits over this legacy system. Faster to load, easier to maintain (no IT professional needed on retainer) and ability to access data from anywhere with an internet connection. **What problems is Manager SE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manager SE allowed us to organize customer, vehicle and repair data. I also used it to build service and repair quotes and procedures. I also used the reporting function to measure year-over-year success. ### 6. We wanted to step things up, so we have since moved on to a different software. This one did not have enough modern features or options to make us want to stick around. We wanted an easier way to inventory parts and keep track of PO#s as well as communicate better with our customers. This software moves easily from quote to invoice but that was really it. It def looks and feels outdated. The labor times and guides were great and more accurate than some other software we have tried. We just really needed more features and way to keep us organized so it was time to move on. **What do you dislike about Manager SE?** We did not like the lack of features and modern options. Tech support was not always the greatest either. Their software could use more features like the ability to send quotes directly and a messaging service. Updated user interface would be great too. **What problems is Manager SE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to quote and send to our customers and easily move from quote to invoice. ### 7.
