The setup is antiquated. It is necessary to maintain a server to store customer data. Numerous modern cloud-based alternatives have many benefits over this legacy system. This software was really straightforward and very easy to manipulate. We wanted to step things up, so we have since moved on to a different software.

This one did not have enough modern features or options to make us want to stick around. We wanted an easier way to inventory parts and keep track of PO#s as well as communicate better with our customers.
