ManageMemberships/ManageRegister was the answer to our need for integration. We previously used three programs to manage our POS, range, classes, memberships, and waivers. MM/MR was able to get it all under one umbrella for a lower price than the separate systems. ManageMemberships centralizes things that were previously scattered across spreadsheets, payment tools, and manual processes. Member management, billing, check ins, waivers, and reporting live in one place, which reduces day to day friction. The base functionality is easy to use but because the platform covers a lot of operational ground, there is a learning curve when first setting things up.

I use ManageMemberships to handle my gym memberships, register, and website. It makes sign-ups hassle-free, and we're able to provide members with door access instantly upon signing up. I appreciate the top-tier support, knowing I can send a message and get a prompt response. I also enjoy being able to discuss new ideas with Jon and have him flesh them out.
