Support has been excellent with fast response to any issues and a thorough knowledge base for self service. **What do you dislike about ManageMemberships?** The system is not as refined as the prior software with a few bugs popping up, but any issues have been rapidly addressed by the support team faster than we could get chat support with our prior software. **What problems is ManageMemberships solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing the needs of sales, training, membership, and range operations under one umbrella in an easy to learn and operate format suitable for tech friendly and those seeing computers as a mortal enemy to fear. ### 2. Support has also been responsive and practical when questions come up. **What do you dislike about ManageMemberships?** The base functionality is easy to use but because the platform covers a lot of operational ground, there is a learning curve when first setting things up. Some advanced features require initial configuration to fully match your business processes.
