Have had no performance issues with the on server database or the backup functionality. The pricing for the unlimited IP address option was much lower than any other competitor. Not had chance to use support yet, hopefully we will not need to, but having used other products from the Manage Engine suite I know it to be fast and responsive. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine OpUtils?** Needs the option to customise the interface more, choose a colour scheme. **What problems is ManageEngine OpUtils solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since migrating from SolarWinds, we tried a few of the free IPAM solutions, none of which suited our needs exactly. It monitors and manages IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, subnets, and supernets in real life. It is very easy to implement in a customer environment, and it is very frequent to use and very easy to integrate with other ManageEngine products. It is always supportive to customers for their queries and requirements. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine OpUtils?** We have been using ManageEngine OpUtils for the last 2 years, but we are facing issues when we open or log into the application. It is a little bit confusing, and it shows some inaccurate data. If something goes wrong with the switch scan, it just fails to scan the SNMP credentials. **What problems is ManageEngine OpUtils solving and how is that benefiting you?** ManageEngine OpUtils helps to scan IP addresses to determine their availability using an advanced IP Scanner. This is especially beneficial for big networks. It's has a user friendly interface,according to our users. This make it useful for IT workers with different level of competence. It also can be customised according to user needs inorder to match their requirements.And we generally use this for rouge device detections and overall network device monitoring. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine OpUtils?** Mac address lookup function needs improving,quite a lot of devices appears with no information. **What problems is ManageEngine OpUtils solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made management, monitoring and troubleshooting quite efficient. The downtimes have been minimal since our tech team gets prompt notifications. The issues are easier to sort out before they become problems.Also, the UI is pretty intutive and the way information is presented is quite a nice. ### 7. It's a great tool that does what it's supposed to do. I haven't ran into any issues.... **What problems is ManageEngine OpUtils solving and how is that benefiting you?** Network visibility is critical for any company. You can quickly see what devices are on your network. Security is also critical. With Oputils I get a notification of any network devices being added or taken off. If there's a device that shouldn't be plugged into our network, I'm going to immediately know about it. ### 8. Take less half-day to install and make the initial configuration that brought a big overview of the environment. We used it to perform network monitoring tasks like detecting a rogue device intrusion, and keeping a check on bandmonitoring tools. It's simple and easy to use. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine OpUtils?** The GUI could be a bit more light, and simplistic.
