Functionality is very limited for Apple Ecosystem. If you try to build something like CIS level 1 controls for MacOS/iOS it is almoust implossible without building custom profiles with external tools.

Durning expluatation period we have a lot of bug, such as no correctly reported of encriptions devices for MacOS and Windows whic leads to manual work and additional verification, for Android devices often Serial number wasn't detected and reported which makes tracking device much harder.
