Integration with other products is easy and does not need babying to keep working. Customer support has been good to work with and is knowledgeable about their product. Customizable dashboards provide a good overview of the product's information and potential anomalies. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine Log360 Cloud?** Sometimes the GUI can be a little overwhelming if you're not familiar with ManageEngine products, but if you are familiar, you will feel right at home. **What problems is ManageEngine Log360 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Log360 is giving us central visibility across our environment.
