The vast amount of reporting and searching options is nice and you can drill down exactly what you're looking for. Integration with other products is easy and does not need babying to keep working. Customer support has been good to work with and is knowledgeable about their product. Customizable dashboards provide a good overview of the product's information and potential anomalies.
