It would also be helpful if the trial period extended to allow for a evaluation. Support is very good and very responsive. The products also doesn't appear to take very many resources. I like the information it presents on file share usage, which is exportable and can be filtered after an export if needed. **What do you dislike about ManageEngine DataSecurity Plus?** The Risk Assessment part needed adjustments to the US SSN to be of much value, which was done. However, when it finds results they aren't exportable, just viewable on the screen, which isn't good with a large set of results. It needs to be the same as the file audit, and they say that's coming. Risk Assessment was important to us. Also, a running Risk Assessment, which may take more than 24 hours, can't currently be terminated.
