Centralized Artwork Repository – All artwork files and related assets are stored in one secure, searchable location, reducing version confusion.

Workflow Automation – Built-in configurable workflows ensure that design, review, and approval stages follow a consistent process.

Version Control & Audit Trails – Tracks all changes with date, user, and revision history for compliance and traceability.

Version Confusion & Delays – Before ManageArtworks, multiple versions of the same file were circulating via email, leading to errors and rework.

Slow Approval Cycles – Manual follow-ups caused bottlenecks in artwork review and sign-off.

Compliance Risks – Regulatory text or mandatory information was sometimes missed due to lack of a structured approval process.

Scattered Communication – Feedback was fragmented across emails, chats, and meetings, making it hard to track decisions.

ERP–Artwork Mismatch – Product information in packaging didn’t always match master data in ERP, causing inconsistencies.

**What do you like best about ManageArtworks?**

BOM management and ease of collaboration.
Facilitates revision with customized workflows, and review with version control and proofing tools.
Audit trail.
Karomi team was available, flexible and responsive.
The business analyst (Daisy) listened to our needs and worked with the team to find suitable solutions. Operation team and Quality team (Sandheep, Sona and Priyadharshini) sought to understand our requirements and were helpful in solving our issues.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

Slowness of portal sometimes.
Could benefit from more customization to meet specific business needs. 
It has not yet met our expectations in terms of data extraction (Reports).
DIrect connection to support staff in the system (ticketing)

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has enabled us to make our processes more reliable.
BOM management.
Stakeholders activities management and ease of collaboration.

The system is setup in a very easy to follow, logical format and does a great job of putting in guardrails to ensure requirements are met.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

There are a few pieces of customization that aren't currently supported.

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageArtworks has helped drive efficiencies in our process as well as built in transparency to allow the end customer to understand how their supply chain is working.

**What do you like best about ManageArtworks?**

The company is flexible and has adapted their software to solve our workflow issues.  Most companies lack understanding of the actual work and just deliver on the SOW.  The project managers at Manage Artworks seek to understand our daily work and offer solutions that improve our processes and the interface with the software.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

No issues with Manage Artworks.  Internally, we had to have them change the company name on our deployment because our internal teams could not accept that a software called "Manage Artworks" could do everything we need from packaging documentation to change control.  We refer to the system as Karomi.

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They manage our packaging documentation from cradle to grave including batch release and change control.  Workflows have 100% visibility throughout the customers.  We're on our 4 expansion/upgrade to include more of our documentation which will allow us to utilize resources at our corporate office in India instead of adding local headcount.

Good for maintaining workflow with Collaboration with cross functional team, Revision History, Asset Library. We will be very happy if you will include some additional features like regulatory compliance, Print inspection and like any other.

It s fantastic to use proofing tools and the most powerfull workflows at the same frame. As Abdi Ibrahim site from ıstanbul/Turkey, we are delighted. The assigned contacts from Karomi (Sandheep and Sona) were very hardworking and helpful to solve our all issues from beginning to the end.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

There can be new updates about the AI adopted tools and updates come from Pharmaceutical legacies.

So many helpful benefits we gained;
- Best storing AW's (filtering against so much parameters)
- Proofing
- User friendly working templates
- Aligned with the guides (21 CFR)

The team is responsive and friendly
They know their product well and how it can be changed to meet customer needs

Nothing as such. I have had no issues with the product since the time have been using it

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

THe problems solved by the tool is that we are able to streamline our artwork management process. We have an approval cycle in place and there are no offline features. Certain tools of the system also provide us with the capability to identify any mistakes during the artwork management process (like print proofing and print inspection)

**What do you like best about ManageArtworks?**

Using ManageArtworks has made the approval process of our packaging artwork much easier, it has been helpful. Version control is great – people are no longer racing to obtain the most recent version or possibly modification an old one.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

The platform has no guest access feature, and that means I frequently upload and download files. it can be inconvenient to share files with other parties such as a printer or designer. It makes the workflow that much longer and introduces a possibility of forwarding the wrong version to someone.

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can promptly look for updates, recognize the current revision, and ascertain compliance with laws. I have been saving so much time and energy which could be better spent on other more important tasks. The process of handling artwork revisions as well as approvals was a chaotic one.

Easy of use, searching, sharing and storing from any location makes it accessible for all team members. Customer support is excellent.

The platform can be bit more flexible in terms of changing certain logic and also the drilldown in asset library can be improved.

I really want no seriously digging through perpetual email strings to find the most recent rendition of a work of art. Everything is obviously marked and effectively open, making cooperation with originators a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

The portable application is practical, yet it feels inconvenient and restricted contrasted with the work area form. Ideally, the portable application gets a revive from here on out.

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageArtworks has killed the mayhem of dealing with different variants of fine art documents. It's smoothed out the whole endorsement process, saving me innumerable hours and cerebral pains.

ManageArtworks is a simplified and friendly solution software. Features such as to customize as per accordance of the software for the task assigned to it as it has its own brain such as an AI. It has been useful in managing the artwork assigned to it having function such as creating, managing, controlling, proofreading and compliance checking of the Artworks.

**What do you dislike about ManageArtworks?**

For beginners it is somewhat hard to understand because some of the task need to assigned and to understand it requires expert to help for the customization task which will be helpful understanding the software. Detailed knowledge is must required in it.

**What problems is ManageArtworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well after assigning the task / configuration it makes the job easier as it reduces errors which also delays the time period on the Artwork. Also it works so fast and efficiently so that the work becomes easier for artwork creation, and managing the artwork assigned for the work such as version control, repository, work alignment.
