manabiQ Reviews & Product Details

manabiQ helps small and mid-sized businesses turn the manuals, SOPs, safety sheets and compliance guides they already have into bite-sized, quiz-based employee training — without building courses by hand. Upload a document and AI drafts a 5-minute course; you review and approve it, backed by an AI Confidence Report that checks the output against your source and flags anything invented or missing (human-in-the-loop). New hires complete training on their phone — no app — and switch between English and Spanish in one click. Managers can see who passed before anyone hits the floor. Built for high-turnover hourly teams (restaurants, retail, hotels, logistics) and priced pay-as-you-go with no subscription: generate courses free, publish a course for $5, and pay $2 per learner you train (first 3 free). Key features: - AI-generated courses from your documents (PDF, Word, Google Drive, OneDrive) - Auto-generated quizzes - AI Confidence Report — verifies content against your source, flags hallucinations & gaps - Human review & approval before publishing - Bilingual English / Spanish, one-click switch - Mobile-first learner experience (no app to install) - Manager dashboard: progress & quiz scores - Pay-as-you-go, no subscription
