MakoSwim Reviews & Product Details

MakoSwim is coaching software for competitive swimming, used by swim clubs, college programmes, coaches and national federations. It combines workout writing, video race analysis, athlete wellness tracking and test-set results in one platform, so each athlete’s training, racing and wellness history is stored in one place. MakoSets lets coaches write workouts in their own notation, with volume, energy zones and training load calculated automatically, and different sets assigned to different groups in one session. MakoVision provides frame-by-frame race video analysis with stroke rate, stroke count and split times for turns and underwaters. Mako360 brings training load, attendance, daily athlete wellness check-ins, injury logs and performance history into one dashboard. MakoBoards tracks test sets and benchmarks with custom metrics and team leaderboards. Mako AI works from the club’s own data to draft communications, plan workouts and analyse performance, with every action requiring coach approval. Athlete accounts are included with every coach plan. MakoSwim is available on iOS, Android and the web, in 10 languages, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
