I've used it in Linux, Mac, and Windows. I can use up to 4 accounts for free, and it has built-in and free limited visualization tracking and signatures. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** Sometimes some emails are moved automatically to other folders, but don't know if it is caused by the email provider or Mailspring. I want to look for something in my Inbox, but is not there anymore. It is not common, but it happens from time to time, especially with threads. Another thing I dislike is searching or filtering. I prefer to open Gmail to look for an email by word, email, or sentence. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can manage my two main personal emails, and my working email, all in one single app. It includes notifications, so I can be up to date with my Inbox, and I can enable the tracking feature to see when my sent emails were opened. ### 2. I think 70% of the time 1 or more of my three inboxes won't sync, and the outbox has such a bad delay that emails often don't go out for a few days. What has finally catalysted me to give up on Mailspring is that an email sat in my outbox for 10 days (unbenknowst to me!) and then sent emails cancelling a standing appointment just in time to cancel the next one instead of the one I needed cancelling. Not good. 0 / 10 do not recommend. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's created more problems for me than solving any of them. ### 3. Excellent! It's clear what emails have not been read with a universal inbox and individual boxes tool. I like the simple design. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** There was a tiny glitch with billing that was resolved very quickly by the support staff, and honestly, the issue in the big picture is just a blip on the radar **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seeing all your emails in one swoop, I can quickly delete what's unnecessary and tackle the rest. I especially love having the sender's contact info and a list of all their email in the same view and reading their email. It's a simple yet significant part of Mailspring. ### 4. It almost looks as if it was only tested on gmail accounts. Using any other imap server only works for a short time, then all of a sudden starts showing only the last 4 or 5 emails or reports that it can't sync. Although re-validating the account settings reports no errors, mailspring is unable to re-connect and sync all emails **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** None - just creates more errors than it solves ### 5. Best UI/UX interface for linux OS. Delay sending after press send. Managing different aliases smoothly for every email account. Amount paid is worth it for the producitivty increase. ### 6. We can't use it without creating a Mailspring ID. 2. I had already recommended many of my family members and workplace colleagues, this is a user friendly tool and it have best options for the mail box what it actually required. we can find many convenient options here like scheduling auto send mail, virus alert, email notifications and lots more best options to block and mails, spams, etc. also best options to reply. just try it, u feel it awesome. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** There are nothing dislikes to mention exactly about it, i feel this is my friend to manage mails. there is only one option we required now from this tool is 'Auto Unsubscribe' from many spam junk mails. **Recommendations to others considering Mailspring:** I personally telling this with all the future users and review checkers.. honestly this is the best tool to mange our regular mails, junk spam mail, it will categorize and separate the mails what we actually required. please take a look to try it and am 100% sure that everyone likes it because it has the magic that u just like it. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** These days we are receiving lots of junk spam emails along with our regular mails, it will catagorize the mails what we actually required and important. there is only problem with the tool is a bit slow to open the tool at the beginning. thats all.. rest all awesome work.. cool tool to manage the mails.. ### 9. I realize that in stating this, it may seem obvious that these would be features included with email software - they certainly ought to be. Mailspring delivers on these bsaic, yet essential functions to make sure you can read your email with clarity and ease. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** Due to the fact that Mailspring is performing a relatively basic function, the interaface and appearance of the program is not flashy; it's almost even banal. But this is a genuinely insignificant qualm to have with Mailspring as removing its appearance shows a superior and highly functional product. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the largest problems that I solved with MailSpring was switching from Outlook (which was increasingly troublesome and difficult to load, much less use to any extent) in order to simply use my inbox as opposed to figuring out a long, convulated way to get my emails. In other words, MailSpring added simplicty to the ongoing task of maintaining my inbox. ### 10. It has a very comfortable and easy to use interface for the user and we can easily use it from our computer from your website or from a browser widget or from our phone from your application in Google play and in the application store. Mailspring is very useful key features for email tracking, accessing social media and building a target profile. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** There aren’t enough reporting capabilities built into this sprint. It would be great to have an activity and lead reporting tool. If I want to provide a report to the different platforms on leads or activities, I have to export and make my own charts and graphs. There are brunches of interface issues that regularly bug me as a power user. But it’s not enough to stop me from using it all day long. When it synced to my email it added hundreds of irrelevant contacts that it didn’t fill in contact details correctly, so I would have to do a lot of manual work. It would be nice if it helped identity people to companies a bit better. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** I learn about my prospects and my current clients with using this social email tool. I don't waste time going back and forth between platforms. Mailspring software can easily help me be organized, and take follow up action steps in a timely manner, with an ease about gathering and storing customer data. I was able to get up and running on the platform fast and start using it right away simple, easy to use, highly integrated with my email. We use this software and we have created a highly integrated tool for working with clients and prospects that is much automated. ### 11. It's fairly customizable and I don't run into any performance issues. There's almost nothing confusing about it and I really like the read receipts. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** Sometimes my mail doesnt sync up but it's not a huge deal. A reload shortcut would be very useful though rather than having to go through the menu. **What problems is Mailspring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main problem I am trying to solve is to see if people read my emails. Benefits have been that and just having a better mail client and not having to use gmail or the built in mac email client. ### 12. So i wish Mailspring team work on this thing, which will be very useful to all the users and one more thing is, can we access these account over the mail ? I understand you made this software for offline purpose but now a days people are moving to ONLINE. You can select which account you send/reply to emails from. The design is simple and clean and notification settings are customisable. **What do you dislike about Mailspring?** Unfortunately, mailspring sync is not very effective. At least on my Macbook, the application stops syncing with my two work accounts at least twice a day, and I do not receive any notification that the connection has been lost. **Recommendations to others considering Mailspring:** Have a look into other similar software and pick the one that is most suitable for you.
