"Amazing mail client!"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

It is multi-platform. I've used it in Linux, Mac, and Windows. I can use up to 4 accounts for free, and it has built-in and free limited visualization tracking and signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Sometimes some emails are moved automatically to other folders, but don't know if it is caused by the email provider or Mailspring. I want to look for something in my Inbox, but is not there anymore. It is not common, but it happens from time to time, especially with threads. Another thing I dislike is searching or filtering. I prefer to open Gmail to look for an email by word, email, or sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really Not Good - so many problems"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

The design interface is very nice, and it's easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Mailspring has huge syncing problems. I think 70% of the time 1 or more of my three inboxes won't sync, and the outbox has such a bad delay that emails often don't go out for a few days. What has finally catalysted me to give up on Mailspring is that an email sat in my outbox for 10 days (unbenknowst to me!) and then sent emails cancelling a standing appointment just in time to cancel the next one instead of the one I needed cancelling. Not good. 0 / 10 do not recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent! I tried another provider but was thrilled to be back with Mailspring"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

It's the best overall tool if you have multiple inboxes, as you can get a quick evaluation of which to tackle first. It's clear what emails have not been read with a universal inbox and individual boxes tool. I like the simple design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

There was a tiny glitch with billing that was resolved very quickly by the support staff, and honestly, the issue in the big picture is just a blip on the radar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailspring starts off well, but quickly goes into syncing problems"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

Easy to set up with a modern look and feel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Although it starts off well, it quickly runs into syncing problems.

It almost looks as if it was only tested on gmail accounts.

Using any other imap server only works for a short time, then all of a sudden starts showing only the last 4 or 5 emails or reports that it can't sync.

Although re-validating the account settings reports no errors, mailspring is unable to re-connect and sync all emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best UI/UX interface for linux OS. I've tried many free ones but nothing beats MailSpring."
What do you like best about Mailspring?

Interface is well tested and thought out.

Everything works seamlessly. Shortcuts are well thought out and customizable.

Paid for the account to manage all my mails.

Can't find a better email app for linux than this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Limit of just 3 mails for free accounts but hey they need to make a living too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best open source email app."
What do you like best about Mailspring?

The features like open tracking, link click tracking and its unified inbox makes it one of its kind. Translation and spell check is also good feature in this app.

Snoozing support and unlimited no of accounts makes it best among other email apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Things I didn't like about it are.

1. We can't use it without creating a Mailspring ID.

2. There is no address book available.

3.it does not support Microsoft Exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for managing & categorize mails"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

I personally recommend this tool because i was using this tool from 2 years, completely virus free and secured mail box for daily use, we can also the place the mails in a particular category. I had already recommended many of my family members and workplace colleagues, this is a user friendly tool and it have best options for the mail box what it actually required. we can find many convenient options here like scheduling auto send mail, virus alert, email notifications and lots more best options to block and mails, spams, etc. also best options to reply. just try it, u feel it awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

There are nothing dislikes to mention exactly about it, i feel this is my friend to manage mails. there is only one option we required now from this tool is 'Auto Unsubscribe' from many spam junk mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Superior Desktop-Based Mail Application"
What do you like best about Mailspring?

Mailspring has never given me any problems with its interface, its ability to send/recieve messages or its ability to allow me to acess my mail. I realize that in stating this, it may seem obvious that these would be features included with email software - they certainly ought to be. Mailspring delivers on these bsaic, yet essential functions to make sure you can read your email with clarity and ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

Due to the fact that Mailspring is performing a relatively basic function, the interaface and appearance of the program is not flashy; it's almost even banal. But this is a genuinely insignificant qualm to have with Mailspring as removing its appearance shows a superior and highly functional product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailspring is the open-source extensible email application."
What do you like best about Mailspring?

Mailspring is an excellent customer relationship management application that allows us to centralize a single database in the cloud to manage the data of all interactions between a company and its customers. It has a very comfortable and easy to use interface for the user and we can easily use it from our computer from your website or from a browser widget or from our phone from your application in Google play and in the application store. Mailspring is very useful key features for email tracking, accessing social media and building a target profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailspring?

There aren’t enough reporting capabilities built into this sprint. It would be great to have an activity and lead reporting tool. If I want to provide a report to the different platforms on leads or activities, I have to export and make my own charts and graphs. There are brunches of interface issues that regularly bug me as a power user. But it’s not enough to stop me from using it all day long. When it synced to my email it added hundreds of irrelevant contacts that it didn’t fill in contact details correctly, so I would have to do a lot of manual work. It would be nice if it helped identity people to companies a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
