"The BEST ESP"

What do you like best about Mailjet?

First of all, it is much less expensive than other providers, and yet has the same features. I like the way I can create an email easily and modify one of the templates they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

It took me a while to figure out the navigation. It was not easy to learn where everything is and how to use the features. Some of the features are hard to determine, but once I learned them, it was okay. The customer support is good. They blocked some emails unfairly, (once even my own email!) What do you like best about Mailjet?

The best thing that I like about Mailjet is that it is extremely easy to use. Any non-technical user can get started in minutes. Additionally, customer support of Mailjet is very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

The one thing I dislike about Mailjet is that I am not able to merge my multiple contact lists into one. Sometimes I need to move contacts from one list to another and the best solution would be to merge two lists. However, I am not able to do so in Mailjet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailjet?

Mail Jet is good email software with a pretty solid free tier. They offer so many cool features like an email editor, pages, and automation. most of the time, we use an email editor to design our newsletter email and track its progress. We frequently use its SMTP and API services to do automated emails from internal software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

They can work on their email sending limit for free (it's 6000 emails ). most of the providers offer more emails than Mailjet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailjet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use email to serve newsletters and design emails using their email editor. it helps to track, automate, and analyze our campaigns which is a good feature. we use its SMTP and API for automated emails from our internal software. Its SMTP helps to send transactional emails. the delivery rate is pretty good and it performs very well. we recently started using its landing page features and it's good for making simple landing pages. "Integration of MailJet emailer with KYLAS CRM"

What do you like best about Mailjet?

Mailjet is mainly used for bulk email marketing campaigns, sending status messages post onboarding. We mostly use Mailjet to send promotional and specific occasion mails to reach out to our customers. We have integrated the Mailjet APIs into our Kylas CRM, and all the status messages and promotional mails go through the CRM. We have segmented the email IDs based on location, recent signup, onboarding required, and payment pending status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailjet?

We have taken the initial plan of $15/month which provides 15,000 emails in a month which is sufficient. So no issues as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailjet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailjet is currently solving our email marketing solutions. We have integrated the Mailjet software into our Kylas CRM, which segments our users based on different stats. For example, we can target email campaigns based on location, pipeline status, onboarding status, and payment pending status. Any new webinar and event have been communicated through email using Mailjet. Mailjet can be used without a CRM as well. You can segment your contact upload & send your campaigns. Mailjet also provides the status of delivery based on how many have opened the emails, unsubscribed, etc. It provides the delivery status information for all your campaigns. What do you like best about Mailjet?

Mailjet is good software for email marketing. They give you many good features to use, and you can also use some of them absolutely free. We mostly use email editors to design our campaign newsletter emails and track them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have limited templates for free use. They have a limit for free users. Free users can send only 6,000 emails. Mailchimp or other providers offer more limits compared to Mailjet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
