I would strongly recommend this to many of my clients and partners because it integrates easily with the websites we host on Hostinger as well as with other hosting solution providers. The ase of use especially developing the newsletter is a game changer and when i needed to intergrate it to our blog posting webiste on git hub, the RSS update wwas quite easy to use and implement. I find MailerLite very beginner friendly. It's not intimidating, which is great for someone new to email marketing. I left for a couple months. Came back in October. The automations are filled with bugs and jittery ghost images on the drag and drop. Worst is the auto-resend campaign will not let you create the campaign. It gets hung up on choosing your recipients. You choose the group, and get an error message to choose the group. You cannot go forward. Tech companies releasing pre-alpha software and charging you for it.

Support is difficult to find as they dont want to be bothered. Finally got email address and a bot answers them. Cannot get a human to fix the problem. Bot tells you not to send the campaign you want and to do a work around. send a regular campaign and remeber to copy it late and resend. What a joke. You will not get a human. The automation ability even on the free plan has been fantastic. Being able to set up welcome sequences and funnel my lists into the proper places as I grow saves so much time.

It's hard to get assistance at the lower levels. I had an issue when DMARC things went into effect and had to source help elsewhere to try to fix it. My links were broken for a time––nothing clicked in the emails would work––and it was a pain to try to figure out what was a 'me' issue and what was a MailerLite issue. I loved their cooperation as i have just started a startup and they managed to approve my account without having the right way of subscribers as of now. They supported me and approved my account. Also, they guided me how to take data with the right guidelines which helped me alot. I have not started using Mailerlite for emails as of now but I am really excited to start my journey with MailerLite.

I haven't started working with mailerlite yet so i dont know much about their software as of now but i am looking forward to use their services. I'm on the free plan presently and I have appreciated the support when needed, even if by email. Recently Utkarsh helped me navigate a situation in which I had to re-authenticate my domain. Thanks to his specific instructions, as well as his follow-ups and check-ins, I was able to get everything sorted out fairly quickly and send out my newsletter without feeling like I had to wrap my head around this topic all over again. I love the flexibility of MailerLite templates and being able to edit the footer easily, add subscribers easily. Well, for the free plan, it's hard to come up with too many things to dislike. However, I did tell the support staff some months back that the area when building the newsletter seemed to look "squished" on my screen. The support specialist agreed when I sent her the screenshot. The vast availabiltiy of videos and resources to help me to learn how to use MailerLite. Also, for the Advanced level of subscription, the availability of a live chat is fantastic and a support option that few companies offer.
