What do you like best?
Easy to navigate
You get all the features with the basic free account
Their autoresponder/automation
Newsletter/email creation is easy
I like their stats on the subscribers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Their customer service by chat is slow - it takes about 5 minutes or more to get a response and there is no bell to alert you that they have responded.
They don't have a way to see why people are not opening the email. I'm not sure if the email is getting into their inbox or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
The price is decent, but it doesn't matter because they will take your money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I usually don't write reviews but I had to write a review on this one. I had to upgrade in order to send emails to all my subscribers only to find out that I can't send broadcast because the emails on my automation doesn't follow their rules. When I asked for refund they said that they can't give refund because I already send emails to my subscribers but I can't send any emails because they won't approved the account. They should've said that from the beginning, you will loose your money stay away from this MailerLite and go with another Email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
