What I like about Magento is it's very user friendly. It's easy to navigate the menu selections, I mainly use the Orders and Customer's panel. I like that we don't encounter much of an issue with posting our orders. Most of the time it's real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tax status on our customer's account are not applied properly on Magento orders. I am not sure if that's on our ebsite or if that's just not part of the service. Also, I heard from our sales team that there's an option for our customers to change the price on quote requests which causes issues and confusions.
