Clarity of transcription in Spanish; common-sense formatting, ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I didn't have to pay, as I don't have funding for my oral history project in Ecuador. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed and ease of uploading and transcribing captions in so many different languages is what I love most about this tool. I also love that I can download an immediate text file of my transcriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it if the final videos were a little bit more compressed, but that's something that can be easily fixed on my end after downloading the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maestra provides solution decades in the making. Subtitling across multiple languages with ease. Something impossible up to now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None. Probably AI sofistication with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great customer support, Competitive pricing as compared to others and Maestra has theie API support as well which allows us to automate the video subtitles generation. it also has Teams feature that allows multiple stakeholders to collaborate together. Multi-lingual support for subtitles & transcripts is like the cherry on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular, all of our requirements were satisfied after using maestra. One suggestion that I would give maestra is that they need to improve their windowing scroll on the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maestra was intuitive to use and created a fairly accurate transcript in the first upload. It is easy to make corrections and ensure accuracy. I really appreciate how easy it was to make my video content more accessible by adding captioning. I liked that the pricing structure allows me to pay for the minutes of transcription I need rather than a monthly or annual fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not see any downside. It would be great if the software would learn specific words once it had been updated more than once and use that word for the next file, but I was impressed with how accurate it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really found the voiceover feature to be the best. I have not been able to find another company or product to be able to do the voiceover on videos. I also really like how fast videos are captioned and the voiceover is implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful thing about it is the translation. Specifically the translations from another language to English (although I cannot speak to the translation from English to another language), I tried to use it on a Spanish video into English and there were parts that were not picked up and not translated and the translation was not accurate.
