**What do you like best about Macsome iTunes Converter?**

A DJ friend of mine recommended this tool. It has a free trial version, and it blew my mind. This audio tool is intelligent and helpful for me. It helps to save the songs from the streaming platform iTunes (Apple Music). Great. I love this tool so much that you can use the audio much more freely.

It is easy to use. Just dragging the audio files from your library, you can drop them directly to the Macsome iTunes Converter main interface.  There are various output formats to choose from.  MP3 and AAC are enough for me. 

By the way, thanks for the response and excellent customer service! I know you work hard at this, and I appreciate it.

**What do you dislike about Macsome iTunes Converter?**

It is working a bit slowly on my Big Sur. And if it can support more file formats, that's better still.

It offers a free trial version, and please use it before you decide to buy.

Yeah. Late last month, the conversion always stayed 0%. Its feedback was quick. Macsome service staff told me to uninstall the MJRecorderDevice, and re-install it.  It's working! Thanks so much, team, swift work!
