**What do you like best about MachineShop?**

It has a feature to monitor the machine and the production quality. It provides real-time data and customizable reports for analytics. It has a feature to integrate it with the ERP system.

**What do you dislike about MachineShop?**

Sometimes the integration of it with other platforms creates an issue and also causes a lack of data.

**What problems is MachineShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to optimize the operation of the machine by reducing the manual task and automating it. It helps me to control and monitor the machine data and analytics. It helps the team to manage the inventory and the accounts system.

**What do you like best about MachineShop?**

Machineshop is a platform which provides faster order processing and great way to have inventory management.One of the best features is that it is cloud based so you dont have to worry about data management.

**What do you dislike about MachineShop?**

Nothing to dislike as of now the software works wonder.

**What problems is MachineShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier connecting with clients and maintaining data was very hectic this problem was simplified and my productivity has increased.

Has a bit of a learning curve but that is easily overcome with training.

We can onboard, config, and maintain our devices from one place and that saves time and money.
