## About Lytom
Lytom is a health and safety risk assessment and compliance management software solution that helps independent H&S consultants and small consultancy teams run site assessments, issue branded PDF reports, and manage client compliance records across multiple sites and clients. Lytom has two products that work independently or together. Lytom Assess is the consultant-facing app and software platform, available on iOS and web. Lytom Comply is the client-facing compliance portal for businesses and responsible persons. Key features of Lytom Assess include: Fire risk assessments, general health and safety, COSHH, asbestos, water and legionella, working at height and environmental assessment types built in, with the ability to create custom assessment types and industry templates manually or with AI. Carry-forward functionality allowing consultants to load a previous assessment on repeat visits and amend rather than rewrite Site details entered for one assessment type populate automatically into subsequent assessments for the same site. Branded PDF report design editor with multiple cover styles, colour schemes and logo placement options, with different designs saveable per assessment type and client. Built-in AI that rewrites field text, suggests hazards from site photos, generates site descriptions, writes executive summaries and runs a QA scan before reports are issued. Document audit that syncs with the client portal, pulling in existing certificates with dates pre-filled. Built-in client portal per site included with every subscription Consultants can set clients up on Lytom Comply for free, allowing them to offer an additional compliance management service. When a report is published in Lytom Assess it appears automatically in the client's Lytom Comply portal with actions tracked and documents synced. Lytom Comply gives businesses and responsible persons a single portal to track PPM schedules, fire door inspections, fire logs, incidents, permits to work, water and legionella logs, asset registers, contractor visits and in-house risk assessments across multiple sites. Lytom Assess starts from £59 per month per consultant. Lytom Comply starts from £49 per month per site. Both include a 14-day free trial with no charge until day 15.

**What do you like best about Lytom?**

Being able to manage clients and team members in one place, while all sharing the same system has efficiently streamlined our workload compared to our previous system.

**What do you dislike about Lytom?**

It took some time to set up the team, templates and clients but it was a short term pain for a long term gain and is saving us so much time in the long run.
