I'm incredibly pleased with Lupa. I've been using it for the past 6 months and it has already come leaps and bounds. It functions well for me as-is, with some minor annoyances (like every system) but the difference with Lupa is that I know improvements are coming.
The interface is incredibly easy to use, scheduling appointments is quick and easy, the set up is quick, and the company are innovative, forward thinking, and responsive. Customer service is fantastic, and they take your suggestions on board for future development. Reporting is easy and customisable.
They don't just want superficial quick-fixes, they want to really develop features that are best in class across the whole system. I believe in the people behind it, their vision and dedication and I'd highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a new product, so not all of the features are working as well as I'd like. Client comms is perhaps the greatest area of weakness at the moment, but they've built an incredible and highly experienced team - I'm truly excited to see what they come up with.
