Highly overdue receivables (60-plus days) were cut in half. We have 99% of customers on Suggest or Act mode now, so it just works in the background. The best part for a small finance team is that it takes a recurring meeting off the calendar and relieves the pressure on all the smaller accounts. Our aging balance is declining month over month and DSO keeps trending down, with our most recent month the strongest for payment performance so far. The replies it sends and the responses we get back make sense, and the team has moved their mornings into the Lunos control center instead of the billing inbox. I can see Lunos becoming our one stop shop. **What do you dislike about Lunos?** At times it can be slow in re-generation of actions, although Lunos Support is fabulous in quickly helping us trouble shoot any issues. **What problems is Lunos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collections used to depend on people remembering to follow up. It does not fall apart without you. **What do you dislike about Lunos?** Getting comfortable enough to move customers into full Act mode took some trust-building at the start.
