You can create a plain GUI to automate many processes like sharing company apps with your staff and approving requests quickly by managers. Meanwhile, it also helps to handle license management so you can save money. Even all these features are good but there are more tools on the market as well. The beauty of the Lumos is its support team behind it. They don't only try to sell their software to you so you can use the app feature. Lumos is a one stop shop for ending the reactive SaaS-sprawl going on at many modern companies, and it achieves this with an extremely robust and UX-focused portal. Slack Integration is absolutely key, changes the game entirely. Lumos has reduced app provisioning at our company to essentially....a non-task. IT barely has to think about it. Ultimately though, this has been beneficial to us due to their Product and Customer Success team being SO amazing and receptive to our needs. Lumos is providing extremely helpful insights into app spend and stale licenses. 3. Lumos has increased IT Service Desk's speed in resolving security concerns, as we can now push deactivations to many SaaS apps from one central platform. 4. Lumos has enhanced our ability to involve automated nuanced approval workflows for varying types of apps, and permissions within apps, allowing us to enforce LPA at the front end of a request. 5.
