**What do you like best about Lumen Ethernet?**

They have great pricing  and even offer what they call Price for Life guarantee. No contracts is very appealing and no penalties for passing data limit which is huge at my company.

**What do you dislike about Lumen Ethernet?**

Customer service is never available and when you get someone they are seldom helpful.

**What problems is Lumen Ethernet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely helping with receiving data quicker

CenturyLink offers a variety of internet solutions for users depending on their needs, including wireless and ethernet connectivity.

**What do you dislike about Lumen Ethernet?**

In my experience I can’t trust CenturyLink as a company, because their connectivity is not always reliable.

**What problems is Lumen Ethernet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CenturyLink Ethernet has not allowed me to solve my business problems because I cannot rely on their reliability.
