
I liked that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes all of my complex ideas easier to organize and explain everything visually. Instead of just discussing a process, system, or project through text, Lucid lets me and my team map everything out with diagrams and flow charts. I like that I can share all my diagrams and visuals with everyone on the team quite easily. Real time collaboration support is very needed and appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that it's quite overwhelming at first because there are so many tools, templates and features to choose from. For someone who is pretty new to visual collaboration platforms, it takes some time to figure out how everything is used and how to use specific features. Another downside can be the large diagrams because sometimes there's a lot of clutter if the team doesn't organize them well. Lucid is very flexible which means it's easier for visuals to become messy when multiple people are adding ideas or editing at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
