I appreciate the ease of use of the software. I find it easy to create flowcharts to describe workflows and the structure of something. I've used it for IT help desk and web development. Lucid proved to be equally useful for both cases.

As a result, I was able to map out a typical interaction in help desk to work with end-users and support them with what they need. I've found the AI to be unhelpful. It's nice that it's available to answer questions about the platform, but showing images to do something would be appreciated for visual learners and those with language barriers.

I appreciate it can also generate premade diagrams that I can adjust to my liking, but the platform would say I ran out of shapes while generating, and I would have to upgrade from the free plan. To me, it defeats the purpose of using AI.

The templetes were not overwhelming. There was a good amount of template, but it was easy to follow step by step. Lucid made it easy to see how to set something up, and how to create on their platform. I think in the free software the limited number of shapes you could use. I think its great they have a free option, but I think limiting the number of shapes is limiting.
