I like its old-school charm, unlike its competitor it's simple, not loaded with so many features that you could never use half of them in a lifetime. You can just drop a message to someone he/she can see the notification and can reply to it, that's all. No gimmicks whatsoever. I believe its onboarding was really difficult you have to use a key generated by the system and if you lost that one you either have to search the entire mailbox to get the key or go back to the administrator to generate a new key which can take a significant amount of time and tests your patience.
